The project consists of two parts: 1 million tons/year of ethylene and refinery renovation. The project mainly adopts SINOPEC's independent intellectual property rights, industry-leading green and low-carbon process technology, raw material advantages, technological advantages, product advantages stacked on top of each other, will make up for the complete industrial chain from crude oil processing to modern chemical industry, forming the industrial pattern of "clean oil products + modern chemical industry + new materials".
