Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Engineering Project 4.2 mt/a high propylene catalytic cracking, 1.4 mt/a gas separation, 450kt/a full-density polyethylene plant started construction at the same time.
Fine chemicals and raw materials project, with a total investment of 83.7 billion yuan, the project is located in Liao Bin Coastal Economic and Technological Development Zone, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. The project will build 15 million tons of oil refining, 1.65 million tons of ethylene and 2 million tons of paraxylene per year, with 17 sets of oil refining production units, 13 sets of chemical production units, 2 sets of coal chemical units and ancillary facilities, and the planned project land is 8.9 square kilometers, which is expected to be put into full operation in 2026. By that time, Huajin Group will have a production capacity of 23 million tons of oil refining, 2.15 million tons of ethylene and 2 million tons of paraxylene per year.
The high propylene catalytic cracking unit is an important unit for converting heavy oil into light fuel products, and the main products include liquefied gas, gasoline, light diesel oil, etc.; the gas separation unit mainly produces polymerization-grade propylene products for downstream polypropylene units; and the full-density polyethylene unit adopts the production process of gas-phase fluidized bed condensation technology, and it can produce full-density polyethylene products for different applications.LET'S GET IN TOUCH
