SINOPEC Luoyang Delayed Coking Unit adopts "One Furnace, Two Towers" process, with a coke tower of 9m in diameter, which consists of reaction, fractional distillation, absorption stabilization, dry gas desulfurization, blowing and venting, cold coke water confinement treatment, hydrodynamic coke removing, and petroleum coke conveying unit. Taking the atmospheric decompression distillation decompression slag oil as raw material, it is heated to 495~501℃ by the heating furnace and then quickly transferred to the coke tower to carry out in-depth thermal cracking and condensation reaction. The feed temperature at the bottom of the coke tower is 485~492°C. Small molecules of gas compounds enter the fractionating tower to separate coker gasoline, diesel oil, wax oil components and coker dry gas, liquid hydrocarbons and other products, while large molecules are generated into petroleum coke in the tower.
