The total investment of the project is 1,162,601 million yuan, and the new 200kt/a FDPE device, 2 sets 25kt/a ethylene-propylene rubber device, 100kt/a POE device, 100kt/a A1-hexene / 1-octene device, 2 sets 1000Nm³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production device and supporting public works and auxiliary facilities will be built.

Due to the approval time of ethylene project, in order to quickly enter the new material market in East China, CNPC Blue Ocean Company implemented the recent project in stages, phase 1 purchased ethylene as raw materials, and constructed POE, FDPE (solution method), 1-hexene / 1-octene, ethylene-propylene rubber, hydrogen production by electrolytic water and other devices; Stage 2 Construction of two sets of ethylene plant, produced ethylene supply new material plant as raw materials.
