120kt/a dissolved polystyrene butadiene rubber (SSBR) device products are mainly dissolved polystyrene butadiene rubber and a small amount of low cis-polybutadiene rubber, covering four seasons of universal tires, winter tires, ultra-high performance tires and ultra-low roll resistance tires. The equipment is EPC general contracted by a consortium composed of Lanzhou Huanqiu and petrochina No.7 Construction, which is planned to be delivered in mid-June 2025; After putting into operation, advantages such as low inventory cost, short transportation time and fast market response can be fully utilized to cultivate and build a new SSBR development core area and industrial agglomeration area of petrochina.
The 80,000 tons/year styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) plant adopts the process technology jointly developed by Xinjiang Uniworld Company and Dushanzi Petrochemical. According to the end use and product range, the process technology can produce SBS products with different compositions and different structures to meet the needs of downstream asphalt modification, polymer modification, adhesive and so on. The unit can also be locally modified to produce styrene-isoprene block copolymer (SIS), allowing for scalable production of hydrogenation product SEBS. The device is of great significance to enrich the types of petrochemical and chemical products in Guangxi and improve market competitiveness, and it is planned to be delivered in mid-June 2025.LET'S GET IN TOUCH
