PetroChina High-end Polyolefin New Material Project

With an investment amount of about 11.63 billion yuan, PetroChina Blue Ocean New Material Co., Ltd. intends to build 200kt/a FDPE plant, 50kt/a ethylene-propylene rubber plant, 100kt/a POE plant, 100kt/a 1-hexene/1-octene plant, 2,000Nm3/h electrolytic water to hydrogen plant, and ancillary utility works and auxiliary facilities.

According to media reports, PetroChina Blue Ocean New Materials Co., Ltd. has also planned the construction project of special nitrile rubber and other demonstration devices for PetroChina Blue Ocean New Materials Innovation Center, the scope of which includes the first phase of the construction of PetroChina's own technology, special nitrile rubber, single-activated catalysts, high-purity, high-clean (G4, G5 grade) electronic chemicals (referred to as "wet electronic chemicals") three sets of devices, as well as the supporting analytical and test center of the Innovation Center and other auxiliary facilities, and to consider the second phase of the devices to set aside space for the development of the land, utility support and other aspects of the development of public works.
