WELDED H-type FINNED TUBE
The welded H-type Finned Tube can be fabricated into a double-tube "double H" type finned tube, which has a good rigidity and can be applied to a long tube row. The H-shaped fins can achieve a good soot blowing effect by forming straight passages on both sides. The space is compact, the overall weight is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced. The gap between the two pieces has the flow of flue gas and the scouring of the ash, because the flue gas has a high flow velocity at the gap; the tubes are arranged in a row, the resistance is small and the wear is small; the H-type fin can effectively use the flow. Space, maintain a larger fin area and wing ratio; the thickness of the fin can be arbitrarily selected according to the need of anti-wear; the fins are parallel and independent of each other, and there is no influence of the helix angle, thus facilitating ash removal.
