STAINLESS STEEL SPIRAL Finned Tube
The welding speed of the high-frequency welded finned tube is very fast. The stainless steel spiral finned tube has a property of strong self-cooling, it helps minimizing the heat affected zone and surface oxidation, so the microstructure and performance of the welded joint are excellent. Anti-corrosion performance, wear resistance, low contact thermal resistance, high stability, anti-ashing ability.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Simcan has total four(4) PLC stainless steel spiral finned tube finning lines, monthly production capacity is 1200 tons in total.
FABRICATION PROCESS
The steel fin is helically wound and continuously welded to the tube by high frequency electric resistance welding(HFERW). The high-frequency current is introduced into the work piece, and the welding contact surface is melted or semi-melted by resistance heat, then apply appropriate pressure to the weld contact surface to complete the welding of the finned tube. This produces an homogeneous, clean and continuous fin-to-tube bond with no additional weld material, for a very efficient heat flow and resistance to corrosion.
