PARALLEL Fin Tube
The Parallel Fin Tube is welded the fins to the base pipe in the longitudinal direction by high frequency resistance. Fin material should be compatible with the specified pipe and suitable for standard frequency resistance welding. Before welding the fins, the outer surface of the tube should be properly treated to ensure good welding between the fins and the tube. Fin strips first bend to U-shape channel, The U-shape channel is cut to a suitable length
U-shape fin are welded in pairs, diametrically opposed, so the number of fins specified is always multiple.
For a given tube or tube size, the required heat transfer surface area for each tube can be determined by specifying the appropriate fin height and/or number of fins. The maximum number depends on the outer diameter of the pipe - the larger outer diameter tube can accommodate a larger number of fins.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Simcan has total two (2) Parallel Fin Tube finning lines, monthly production capacity is 50 tons in total.
APPLICATIONS
1.The Parallel Fin Tube VS spiral finned tubes seems to depend primarily based on geometric factors. For example, some heater configurations include fins that are inserted into other tubes, Parallel Fin Tube are an obvious choice for this application. In other cases, users prefer Parallel Fin Tube for tubes that will be oriented in the vertical direction.
2.Like welded spiral finned tubes, this welded steel structure can be used in almost any heat transfer application, especially for high temperature, high pressure cases. This match
an important feature of the equipment is that it is effective under all temperature and pressure conditions, effectively bonding the fins to the tube and being able to withstand high fin side temperatures.
