H TYPE FIN TUBE

The H-type Finned Tube type economizer technology is a high-efficiency heat exchange economizer assembled by using H-type fin tubes (also known as Square Fin Tubes).

Performance characteristics of H-type Fin Tube economizer

1)The H-type fin tube economizer replaces the bare pipe economizer, which can increase the heat exchange area and reduce the number of pipe arrangements, thereby increasing the cross section of the flue gas flow, reducing the flue gas speed and reducing wear due to the grinding of the pipe

The loss rate is proportional to the 3.33 power of the flue gas flow rate, so if the flue gas speed is reduced from 9 m/s to 7 m/s, the wear rate will be reduced by 43%. At the same time, the experiment shows that the finned tube itself has the function of concentrating the fly ash to the middle of the tube row, so the use of the finned tube economizer has the effect of reducing the wear on the structure.

2)The H-type fin tube can be fabricated into a double-tube "double H" type finned tube, which has a good rigidity and can be applied to a long tube row.

3)The H-type fin tube economizer adopts an in-line arrangement, and the H-shaped fin divides the space into a small area, which has a current sharing effect on the airflow, so that the wear is greatly reduced.
