SQUARE FINNED TUBE

Square Finned Tube is also know as H/HH Finned Tube or Rectangular Fin Tube, It has single tube type(H type Fin Tube) or double tube type(HH or double H type fin tube), is widely used as enhanced heat exchange component for power plant boilers, industrial boilers, furnaces, marine boilers and economizers in flue gas waste heat recovery systems.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Simcan has Total six (6) medium frequency welded Square Finned Tube finning lines, monthly production capacity is 1200 tons in total.

FABRICATION PROCESS

Each fin plate has hack-saw edge along the inner arc are punched and welded to the surface of the tubes by intermediate frequency resistance welding. The welds are solid and smooth, free of slag and porosity, the fusion rate could be up to over 98% provide a good heat transfer coefficient.

APPLICAITONS

Simcan's Square Finned Tube are widely used for power plant boilers, industrial boilers, furnaces, marine boilers and economizers in flue gas waste heat recovery systems.

Q1.What is the referenced codes and standards?

A:We manufacture according to requirements specified in Material Requisition, drawings or Technical Agreement.

Q2.How do you pack the products

A:Each package is designed and made according to seaworthy packing standard and clients’ handling and lifting capability.

Finned tubes will be packed into steel frameworks and wrapped with weather proof PE film and plywood board covering up. In addition, each row of finned tubes will be isolated from adjacent with plywood bars to prevent rigid impact during transportation. For all exporting packages, we only use plywood instead of wood for fumigation free purpose.
