WOUND FIN PIPE
A wound fin pipe is a type of heat exchanger that is used in variousindustrial applications. lt consists of a pipe that is wound with a continuousstrip of metal fins. The fins are tightly wound around the pipe and are inclose contact with it, which increases the surface area of the pipe andallows for efficient heat transfer.
The wound fin pipe is divided into different shapes according to its shape: L-footed wound fin pipe and LL-footed wound fin pipe
1.L-footed wound fin pipe application range and characteristics: allow the maximum medium temperature of 150 degrees, allow the highest pressure, the steel pipe is 32MPa; the fin pipe length can be customized, the price is low, and the scope of application is wide. It is not suitable for occasions with high vibration; it is suitable for short life in wet air cooling.
2.LL-footed wound fin pipe applicable range and characteristics: allow the highest medium temperature is 180 degrees; resist atmospheric corrosion better than L-shaped Finned Tube, suitable for wet air cooling; heat transfer performance is better than L-shaped fin; finned tube length same as L-footed finned pipe.
Wound Fin Tube characteristics: The winding process is adopted, the production efficiency is high, the sheet pitch is uniform, the heat transfer is good, the wing ratio is high, and the base pipe can be protected from air erosion. The device can automatically spirally wrap the aluminum strip, roll it into an L-shape, and then wrap it around the steel tube or copper tube without wrinkles. Cover all the aluminum strips tightly on steel pipes or copper.
