Clamp Type Pipe Supports

Introduction

The Clamp Type Pipe Supports are widely used in places where displacement stress is required for pipelines or equipment in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other industries, and in places where vibration damping or sliding supports such as bridges, buildings and large equipment are required.

Scope of application

1. Clamp Type Pipe Supports including: horizontal pipe type, vertical pipe type and elbow type according to the pipeline layout;

2. The supports are for: hot pipes, room temperature pipes and cold pipes according to the operating temperature;

3. The Clamp Type Pipe Supports also can be categorized into sliding supports and fixed supports according to their performance;

4. The support is suitable for pipe outer diameter 25-3000mm, hot temperature 0℃～560℃, cold temperature 0℃～-200℃, axial displacement 0-400mm, lateral displacement 0-200mm, load range 0-2500KN.

The friction pair of the sliding bearing of the bearing device adopts PTFE plate and mirror stainless steel materials. Compared with the steel friction pair, the steel and PTFE plate friction pair, and the bearing of the rolling friction pair, it has the following characteristics :

1. Low friction coefficient: μ≤0.1;

2. Good self-lubrication: no need to inject oil or lubricant between friction pairs, reducing maintenance workload;

3. Strong adaptability: suitable for working in various environmental conditions, stable and reliable performance;

4. Wear resistance: under normal conditions, the service life is more than 15 years.

The heat-insulating and cold-insulating bearing adopts the heat-insulating cushion and the cold-insulating cushion, which effectively solves the problems of heat loss and cold capacity loss in the pipeline, thereby ensuring the operation of the pipeline heat and cold media.
