Variable Spring Hangers

Introduction

The Variable Spring Hangers are suitable for various pipelines and equipment that generate thermal displacement during operation. It is used to bear load, relieve vibration and limit the displacement. Because of its stable support, easy installation and reliable operation, variable Spring Hanger is widely used in places of power station boiler proper, steam pipes, water pipes, flue gas and air ducts etc., as well as equipment of petrochemical industry and other places that need to be suspended or supported. The load of Variable Spring Hangers will change according to the change of vertical displacement. When locked, spring hangers are in a rigid state and can withstand the negative loading of pipeline flushing, hydraulic pressure and air pressure tests. After long-term practical application, the operation effect is good.

	Type E	The lower adjustment type, fixed on the rooting surface to suspend the pipe or equipment below
Support	Type F	Support placed type, fixed to the rooting surface or foundation platform, the top plate supports the upper pipe support or seat to support the upper pipe or equipment
Parallel Hanger	Type G	Parallel suspension type, using screw attachments to fix at the rooting place above, the middle steel can set up support to suspend the pipe or equipment below
