Variable Spring Hangers Type D

Introduction

 Variable Spring Hangers Type D are mostly installed on the upper side of support beam where lower side room is insufficient. The hanger could be either welded to the beam or bolted through slotted bolt holes at each corner of base plate. Piping to be hung with clamp connected to a threaded rod insert all way through the hanger and locked on top extruded end with nuts.  

Variable Spring Hanger is an important part of pipeline system, plays a pipeline under load, limit pipeline displacement and the important role of control pipe vibration. Mainly used as a steam-water spring vertical displacement power piping or equipment support. Due to its main bearing load on the spring force, so only suitable for use in place of vertical small displacement.

Operating temperature range: -20~200℃(For out range temperature material to be tailored)
